Yesterday was one of those days when you start the day feeling real good and very optimistic and end up real bad and disappointing. I went to see the doctor so he would discharge so I could go back to work, he then sent me to the physical therapist and lo and behold I can do everything but bend forward or backwards completely. So the doctor gives me a note saying that I can go back to work but with some restrictions, no bending, stooping or lifting anything heavier than 10 pounds lest I break a nail.
The last time the doctor gave such restrictions I was put on leave without pay and sent home and I know that the same thing will happen again and to top it all off, as of June I won’t have insurance anymore. So it was quite a day, did a lot of thinking again wondering what to do next.
At about 8:30pm I went for a drive, I just needed to clear my head so I played every single sad song I could find on my iPod, to help with the mood you know. Drove around town and came back home at about 11:30 pm. I got out of the car to open the gate and my G1 hits the floor, I forgot it was on my lap when It usually is on the cup holder. So now I own a phone with five new scratches none of them on the screen. That was the only good news I received yesterday and I can’t wait to see what today will bring.
I have been feeling a bit down lately and that is why I haven’t been posting regularly here or anywhere else for that matter. Funny thing is, I have plenty to write about but when it comes down to put fingers to keyboard, well, I never get that far. I have been doing a lot and I do mean a lot of thinking, sometimes when that happens I just don’t sleep at all and as a result of that when I have to do something productive I am too tired to do anything at all. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon and I will resume my usual posting schedule.
I have not posted in a while and the reason is that I have been lazy, a bit too lazy to be honest. I had so much to write about but never got to it and I can blame myself for that. I have been busy watching reality tv, this past Sunday the Amazing Race final took place and my team came in second, yeah. This Sunday the Survivor final if I am not mistaken, I am going with either Colby or Sandra to win it. The Apprentice will be trimmed down to the final two, I am going with Maria and Brett on this one. All that plus MW2 and it sure looks like my hands are going to be quite full. The time is 5:10 am as I write this and I have been up all night. Played MW2 for a while and finally got online at about 2 am and have been on ever since. I am feeling sad today but that is OK, it will pass. Anyway, I will talk to you later.
