My boring everyday life
pHere we are on the last day of 2008 and honestly i don’t know why people make such a big fuss about it. To me it’s just another year gone and a new one beginning and that is it. To each his/her own i suppose and that is ok. I am going to attend a family gathering, eat some food and then go to sleep and when i wake up it will be 2009 and all i have to say about that is, big deal. Anyway, have a safe and Happy New Year and i will see you soon./p

pI have four more days to go before my nine day weekend is over and i am going to try to make the most out of them. I am going to do some cleaning around the house and throw away as much junk as i can. So much to do around the house but once I make my mind up there is no stopping me until i finish what i started. I think that the first thing that i am going to do is shave, i haven’t done that since December the 15ht, or maybe i just should trim it. I do look very good with a beard but that is just my opinion. I want to start off the new year as organized as i can so let me get to work but first i think i am going to take a break, a small one.#160; /p

pHere i am enjoying day three of my nine day weekend and just so that you know i am “down in Mississippi and up to no good”, ok i am not really in Mississippi i am still in Los Angeles. Anyway, i hope you had a nice Christmas, mine was great and i am already ready for the next one. Now lets get to the good stuff and that can only mean presents. I am such a lucky guy, i got everything on my list./p ul liHamper, checked. /li liEnchanted, blu-ray, checked. /li liiTunes gift card, six dollars left, checked. /li liCashmere Scarf, not on my list but I’ll take it, checked. /li /ul pSpending time with my family was probably the bestest, is that a word?, present i could’ve asked for and i am grateful and thankful for that. The one person that i missed the the most but didn’t show up was my Silver Wings Princess, i know she is out there somewhere./p

pI was surfing the net yesterday just minding my own business when i started to think about a song that i love. So i went to You Tube and searched for it and to my surprise i found it. It is a self titled album by the band Hamilton Streetcar, i love all the songs but this one really gets to me. If you want to sing along just go to You Tube and search for Hamilton Streetcar, that is where i found the lyrics as well, enjoy. pI am so happy today because it’s my last day of work, Christmas break is here and that means that i get a nine day weekend, yeah. I have been waiting for this break ever since the last one finished and it’s finally here. But just because i am going to be on a nine day weekend doesn’t mean that I am going to stop blogging, not at all. I’ll stick to my weekly schedule and if i do decide to take a day off I’ll let you know about it. So much to do during this break, hopefully I’ll get something done./p

pI can’t believe i didn’t notice this last week when it first happened. If you are a regular reader you must have noticed something wrong with the posts. Symbols that are not supposed to be there, such as that “p” at the beginning of a post and where there is supposed to be a new paragraph there is none. That “p” is part of the HTML or Hyper Text Markup Language which is the predominant language for web pages according to Wikipedia. Problem is, is not even right, it is supposed to be “lt;pgt;” but for some strange reason it only shows the “p” as we all can see. It started on December 15th so i then upgraded to the newer version of Windows Live Writer, which is my blog editor, thinking that maybe that was the problem. I then reposted an old post with the new editor and lo and behold the same problem. What is the problem?, i sure don’t know but you can bet that i am looking for an answer./p

pThis week just like last week has felt so long. I am so glad that it’s over because I sure need a break. One of the reasons that the week has felt so long could be that I am so tired, I see it every time I look in the mirror. I have that tired look and I have had it for the last two weeks. I haven’t been sleeping or eating well for that matter and it is showing. /p pThe weekend is going to be a busy one, I have to get in touch with my webhost so I can get a new hosting plan. The hosting for my two blogs cost me just $40 dollars for the whole year but that deal is expiring soon so I have to get a new plan./p pI have to get in touch with my healthcare provider to choose a new primary care physician because the one they assigned to me is not as close as I would like it to be and I only have ten days to make that change. /p pI have to make an appointment with the dentist because I was rinsing my mouth and all of the sudden something is hitting my teeth, I spit it out and it’s one of my fillings. I am glad I didn’t swallowed it when it happened a couple of months back if you can believe it. It’s starting to hurt so if I end up losing my whole tooth I have no one to blame but me. It sure looks like it is going to be a busy weekend, yep. /p

pAs you all know I use public transportation to get around the city of Angels but I am tired of it and have been thinking of getting me a car. A VW bug to be more specific and I have found quite a few candidates. Since I don’t have that much money laying around I would have to put it on my card and my budget is $3000 and under, I know I can pay that in a year. I would mainly use it to get to and from work and I have to add that in L.A. you really need a car just ask anybody living here, stay tuned./p

pThe weekend is over and there were supposed to be some sprinkles from what the weather dudette said but I sure didn’t see any of that but that is ok. The week is another story, it’s going to be wet and I am getting ready for that. On Saturday I watched Enchanted which I love, I do have a Christmas wish list if you want to know more about what I want this Christmas. I then watched a taped episode of Survivor and after that finished I played COD 4 until I Am Legend started. I have wanted to watch that movie for the longest and I was expecting more to be honest but it wasn’t that good in my opinion, I was very disappointed. I then surfed the net for a few and then went to bed, very exiting huh./p pSunday came and I woke up at about 1pm, took a shower got some food and then I logged on and surfed the net for a while. Did some stuff here and there around the house the rest of the evening and when 8pm hit I was on my seat ready for the Survivor finale, Bob won and in my opinion he didn’t deserve to win. He won some immunity challenges and made some fake idols and that was that, Sugar was more deserving but she didn’t even get a single vote. I once again got online after that and surfed for a while and ended up going to bed late, real late./p

Christmas is just around the corner and since I have been a good boy this year I am expecting some toys from Santa. Last year I got everything that I wanted on my list which was a Sonicare toothbrush, a scarf, cashmere of course, and I even got an extra gift, Guitar Hero 3 which I sure didn’t mind. Now if I could only find the reason why I am so bad at it but that is another story. I honestly don’t want that much this year either but just for the record here is my list.
That is all want and if I get it I will be the happiest guy on the planet, yeah!!. If you don’t have your list ready I suggest that you write one as soon as you can.
