Last month my contract with T-Mobile expired and now I am a month to month customer and as a result I have been checking out the other cell phone carriers. I have been looking for 2 things, a good deal of course and a Windows Phone. I have found Windows Phones at each carrier but not good plans and that is why I will stay with T-Mobile. My new phone is going to be the Dell Venue Pro, it’s a little bit bulky from what I have read but that doesn’t scare me one bit. I will probably sign up for a new 2 year contract and get the phone August 1st because I am cooler than cool and you know it.

So it comes down to this, Japan vs. the USA in the 2011 Women’s World Cup this coming Sunday, check your local listings. I didn’t see team USA play but from what I’ve read and heard from commentators at some point France was in control of the game and looked like they would win but team USA made some changes and ended up winning the game 3-1.
I did see the Japan vs. Sweden game and let me tell you, it was the best game I have seen in a long time. Sweden scored first and I honestly didn’t think that Japan could come back but oh boy was I wrong, Japan took over and never looked back. They took control of the ball and played a really beautiful game with a lot of short accurate passes and won 3-1. If you get the chance to see it I highly recommend it, that is the way Futbol is meant to be played.
I am not going to make my usual prediction this time around, instead all that I will say is may the best team win.

Earlier today I was playing Black Ops and I had my first back to back 50 kill games in Black Ops. I don’t think that I ever did that on Modern Warfare 2 or COD 4 to be honest; I did have some great games but never back to back 50/50 games. Anyway, I was 54-16 in game one and 50-14 in game two winning both games of Domination which I don’t usually play alone anymore. At some point I will probably write a post about my stats but that some point is not today, I know, bad joke.

I mentioned in a post last week that I have been busy, real busy, playing RE5. I am currently playing on Professional and what basically means is that you have to be real careful because one hit will put you on dying mode and if Sheva doesn’t heal you right away and believe me, it has happened more than once, you will die.
I recommend that you beat professional mode with infinite ammo guns that you’ve upgraded, the simple fact that you won’t have to reload will save your life quite a few times. I am using the infinite ammo RPG, M3 shotgun and the L. Hawk Magnum. If you play smart you won’t have that many problems until you hit a few walls, I started great until I hit wall number one by the name of Ndesu, this dude is basically El Gigante from Resident Evil 4, took me a while to beat that guy but I did it.
Then I sailed along until I hit wall number two by the name of Wesker. This is the first time that you face him, you also face him in the last chapter by the way, and so far it has been quite a pain. I have died so many times mostly thanks to Sheva, I can be dying right next to her sometimes and she won’t do a thing, it’s not even funny. I have tried a few things so far but nothing seems to work and that can get frustrating.
When I finally beat Wesker I am going to take a picture and I might just put it on a post depending on how embarrassing it is.
My old account was set to expire at the end of December so before that happened I went looking for a new webhost mostly because I wanted a better package. I could have gotten one with my old host but I would have had to pay quite a bit more and money is tight right now. So I went looking and after doing some research I chose bluehost. I got the package that I was looking for so then it was time to get ready for the file transfer, I did some research on how to do that and I was ready.
I signed up with bluehost and then quickly set up my blog, I then saved my files to Sunshine, my laptop, imported them to my new blog and soon after doing that I closed my old account. The only problem I had when the files were imported was with the pictures, everything else went according to plan. I already updated a few of them and if you read a post and the picture is nowhere to be seen you know why. I am just glad that I didn’t put a picture in every post.
Note: there are more steps involved when transferring a blog than the ones I mentioned just to let you know.

I have been playing Resident Evil 5 a lot lately, I originally got the game when it first came out back in ‘09 but never got more than a few chapters finished mostly because I was playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare at the time if I remember correctly.
Well, that changed midway through December of last year when I decided to Nike. I passed the game on Amateur, Normal, not in that order mind you, and I am currently 2 chapters away from passing the game on Veteran difficulty. You can also unlock extra costumes, guns and a lot of extra goodies that add to the replay value.
First thing is first, Happy New Year everybody, I hope that 2011 is better than 2010 for all of us. The new year brought a few improvements to this blog, I have a new webhost and a new theme, ok, not exactly a new theme, I got it a while back but never got around to using it, I’ll have more on that on an upcoming post. Anyway, I am going to make this one real short but I will talk to you sooner than soon.
I have been a tiny bit busy the last couple of day with some blog related stuff. After thinking about it for about 2 minutes I decided to close down Gainsnlosses, lets face it, I wasn’t posting that much on that blog and now I can concentrate on just this one.
I also went through the domain names that I own and stopped a few from auto renewing saving myself some bucks in the process. My next victim is going to be my original blog, I am going to cancel the account probably sometime in the next 3 months, I couldn’t do it this time around because it already had auto renewed.
I have no regrets whatsoever about starting 2 blogs, I thought it would be a good idea at the time but in the end it just didn’t work so now it is time to move on.
It has been raining in sunny Los Angeles since forever it seems but according to the weather dude it should be over sometime today, yes today. There has been scattered thunderstorms all morning and just a second ago I heard some rumbling so thunder is back in play. In the meantime I am going to stay indoors and try to stay warm and dry.

It was cold Friday night after a whole lot of Black Ops that I found myself alone after all my friends had gone to bed. So there I was online, bored out of my mind just doing nothing, as usual, when I decided to check the PlayStation store for demos.
After checking for a while I found the Magic The Gathering Duels of the Planeswalkers demo. Now, I am not a newbie when it comes to Collectible Card Games but for some reason I was never attracted to Magic. To make a long story short, after playing for a while I think I am hooked.
